Why now?
We’re entering an era where AI isn’t just a tool—it’s becoming a partner. And nowhere is that more challenging, promising, and misunderstood than in Knowledge Exchange (KE).
This blog is my space to:
- Chronicle my own experiments with AI-assisted KE tools and chatbots
- Share tips, frameworks, and reflections that might help other KE professionals
- Explore the agentic future of work and what it could mean for people like us
